United States – Hundreds of Americans protest against government shutdown

Hundreds of US citizens staged a demonstration in the US capital Washington to protest against the government shutdown, which reached a critical stage after US President Donald Trump failed to reach an agreement with the Democratic Party to put an end to this crisis. Protestors expressed their dissatisfaction with the ongoing federal departments shutdown, which is stopping the workers from doing their jobs and depriving them from their monthly paychecks, where more than 800,000 employees were affected by the government shutdown.
