Libya – Sleeper cells threaten the security and stability of Benghazi

The city of Benghazi on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea continues to suffer from “terrorist” operations aimed to shake the security and stability of the city. Although most of the world suffers from terrorist operations of varying degrees, but Benghazi lacks the means and international support to detect these crimes and attacks besides falling under the control of terrorist groups in the past. Citizens believe that Benghazi is still suffering from sleeper cells that threaten institutions and civilians, while others believe that the lack of citizen’s awareness of the basis of security and stability is resulting in the current situation witnessed by the city now.
