Phillip lives in a small tent in front of the walls of the White House in Washington, DC, for years, to raise his ideas that call for freedom of expression, peace and discussing the fateful issues of the political decisions of the US government. He receives in his tent everyone who has an objection to the political rule of the White House, and he is interested in issues related to violating human rights and stand up to injustice, calling for peace and fighting wars.
