Storyline
The University of Halabja in Kurdistan launched the Second Spring Festival for Science and Culture, with wide participation from all the departments.
The festival included cultural and art activities, in addition to an exhibition.
President of Halabja University, Mahabad Kamel, said that the celebration aims to get the students engaged with society by sharing their work with others and pushing them to depend on themselves.
