Palestine – Maghari, a young lady from Gaza who embodies pictures through knitting

Thread and needle are the raw materials used by the 22-year old artist, Aya Maghari, who came from Breij camp, Gaza. She uses them to make paintings attract her followers on social media. She considered the covid-19 lockdown as what pushed her to come up with something new in the field of art so that she becomes the first person to embody characters and nature by threads in Gaza. Regarding the obstacles she faces, she mentioned the lack of capital and the rise in the price of the raw materials she uses. She added that she needs to spread her project so that she becomes able to launch her own shop to become a center to give courses in such a field.
