Bahrain: 5th Annual Leadership Conference.
Bahraini capital Manama hosted the 5th annual Leadership Conference under the title (Be a distinctive Leader – the application of Formula 1 concept in the work of the Leadership Excellence) and under the auspices of the Minister of Transportation and Communications Kamal Bin Ahmed to discuss how to create an entrepreneurial leaders in the various companies and organizations from the public and private sectors.
“Be a distinguished leader” is a special title of the 5th annual Leadership Conference under the auspices of the Minister of Transportation and Communications Kamal Bin Ahmed, and with the participation of the international expert, “Mark Gallagher” in one of the working sessions where “Gallagher” focused and talked about how to create an entrepreneurial leaders in the various companies and organizations from the public and private sectors, as characterized by all these leaders the ability to manage change to reach the desired goal and achievements.
And along with entrepreneurial leadership, expert “Mark Gallagher” highlighted in work of the Conference sessions the teamwork and motivation, and dissemination of victory and success among team members as well as the culture of safety and risk management.
And in the sessions of the conference , effective risk management in the institutional environment and the ability to rapid learning environments within the framework shrouded in mystery and change, while at the same time prescribed in the provision of learning environment is clear and consistent to those around him.
