Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullatif Zayani confirmed his country’s support for Egyptian water security as an integral part of Arab water security, during a joint press conference with his Egyptian counterpart, Sameh Shoukry, in Manama on Wednesday.  Zayani stressed Bahrain’s solidarity with Egyptian measures aimed at protecting its national security. The two sides discussed regional and international developments and challenges of mutual concern, stressing the importance of Iran’s commitment to good- neighborliness and preventing it from acquiring a nuclear weapon. The two foreign ministers said that their countries support efforts to reach lasting political solutions to all crises in the region.
