Libya – Precautionary security measures in Tripoli against possible attacks

The Ministry of Interior took precautionary security measures recently in Libya’s capital Tripoli against possible attacks. These measures were taken after warnings from US embassy about possible terrorist attacks by ISIS targeting governmental institutions and others. An affiliate of the Tripoli General Directorate of Central Security assured that they are prepared for any security breach as they are on duty 24/7 in order to protect the citizens. Citizens mentioned that the western media is misguiding and attempting to distort the image of the situation in Tripoli.
