Iraq – Launching of “Tourism brings people together” in Baghdad

The fourth Iraqi Tourism Forum was launched under the slogan “Tourism brings people together” in Baghdad International Exhibition in capital Baghdad. The event was attended by Iraq’s Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities and the Minister of Tourism in Kurdistan Region, in addition to a number of officials. The forum is participated in by 80 companies from 20 different countries. Walid Al-Zubaidi, CEO of the Iraqi Tourism Forum assured that the forum aims at strengthening and encouraging the tourism sector in Iraq, cooperating between Iraqi and international companies in order to improve the tourism sector and develop Iraq’s economy through the exchange of expertise between Iraqi companies and Arabic and foreign companies.
