Bahrain – Parliamentary and municipal elections begin in Bahrain

The legislative elections began Saturday morning in Bahrain; more than 500 candidates compete to win 40 seats in parliament which along with the Shura Council form the legislative authority in the country. 356,000 persons are eligible to vote.
