Residents of the Hawat market area in Benghazi are demanding the state to repair the infrastructure such as water, electricity and sewage lines after being destroyed by armed conflicts, amid the inability of the people to rehabilitate them due to the high prices of building materials and necessities, in addition to the absence of the state from the management of municipal and civil affairs in the market. This comes after the return of residents from the journey of displacement to their areas of residence in the city.
