Libya – Women of Benghazi increase Libyan women’s hope for a more active role

Women in the Libyan city of Benghazi have made great strides in their social, cultural, service and employment empowerment. The current circumstances have allowed them to regain their role in a normal life without hindrance after the Libyan armed forces recaptured the city from the grip of extremist organizations that caused so much chaos, where women were the biggest victims of being prohibited from going out and work, study.. etc, in addition to the security difficulties that have been associated with fighting for years.
