USA – A protest outside the White House to close Guantanamo Bay Detention Camp

Washington D.C. – USA 2018/1/13 

Amnesty International has organized a protest in front of the White House in Washington DC in solidarity with Muslims held at Guantánamo Bay for 16 years. The organizers called on the administration of President Donald Trump to move quickly to close Guantánamo and return detainees to their countries of origin. While security forces at the scene arrested dozens of protesters.
