Libya – Al-Seraj announces the return date of Tawergha refugees

President of the Libyan Presidential Council Fayez Al-Serraj announced the start of the return of the people of Tawergha to their city on the 1st of February, after reaching an agreement between the representatives of the cities of Misurata and Tawergha, and they placed a mechanism to implement this agreement.
