Syria – The last phase of the island storm begins in Deir Al-Zour

Tiyana – east of Deir al-Zour city – Syria 1/12/2017 

The last stage of the island storm began after Deir al-Zour military council forces under the leadership of the Syrian Democratic Forces took control of the towns of Al-Shuhail, Thiban and Al-Tiyana in the east of Deir Al-Zour. The forces are stationed in Al-Tiyana, which is the dividing line between them and ISIS who are four to 5 Kilometers away, and there are military preparations towards the Iraqi-Syrian border aimed at cutting off supplies to ISIS
