Tunisia : The people of “Alkhalil Circle” pave streets to break the isolation of the village

The residents of the village of “Alkhalil Circle”, located in the governorate of El Kef in the western Tunisian border, set up a typical project by devoting a special road to their village and preparing it completely, relying on their resources and their own efforts away from the intervention of governmental institutions to take their village out of its isolation. Many families in the village suffer from difficult living conditions and complete isolation, especially with the advent of winter, which led to their displacement to the major cities like Sousse and Tunisia cit
