Iraq – Iraqi MPs stress the authorities’ need to cooperate in the fight against corruption.

Iraqi MPs stressed that the issue of fighting corruption is an urgent national issue, pointing to the need for cooperation of the concerned authorities in the state to fight it. They also called Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar Abadi to stay away from speeches and conferences and proceed in a practical way to fight corruption in cooperation with the judicial and legislative authority.
