Libya – Rainwater floods the streets of Benghazi

The city of Benghazi has been suffering from a major collapse in its infrastructure for several years, and as winter starts, a short-term rainfall has made it difficult to navigate the streets and public roads and disrupted traffic despite the official bodies’ efforts to withdraw rainwater from streets to facilitate traffic. Residents of the city also suffer from a lack of capacity, which prevents them from cleaning the streets.
