Yemen: Mark Lowcock press conference in Sana’a

Sanaa – Yemen 2017/10/29 

The United Nations Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief, Mark Lowcock, expressed his hope that more efforts will be made to ensure that humanitarian assistance reaches Yemen’s people in need. He also referred to the Yemeni Prime Minister’s request to pay health workers and other civil servants, In addition to the reopening of Sanaa airport, this came during a press conference held at Sanaa airport before leaving the country.
