Libya: Electricity crisis exacerbates Libyans sufferings.

The electricity crisis is one of the most crisis that has plagued the Libyans since the outbreak of the revolution. Many citizens suffer from repeated power cuts and most of the power stations have not been maintained. In addition, the adapters have not been replaced since 2011, some attributed this crisis to multiple governments and disagreements with Central Bank of Libya.
