Opening of “MEET ICT” and Bahrain International Technology Exhibition “BITEX”

The 6th conference of MEET ICT and BITEX exhibition has opened in Bahrain with the participation of Bahraini, Arab and international companies organized by Bahrain Society of technology firms in the Gulf Center for Exhibitions and Conferences.

The Minister of Transport and Communication “Kamal Ahmed Mohammed” opened the 6th round of IT and communication conference “MEET ICT” and BITEX exhibition in Bahrain lasting for 3 days organized by Bahrain Society of technology firms in the Gulf Center for Exhibitions and Conferences. Experts and decision makers in the IT sectors or the government and private sectors were present as well as represantatives from the Gulf countries and other countries liks America, China, Japan and India.
International companies like Batelco, Fifa, Huawei and microsoft and the conference include work in the first two days and workshops of a number of governmental institutions and private companies in Bahrain such as Transport ministry, ministry of finance, Bahrain Defense, Bahrain Aluminium and Bahrain and Kuwait Banks.
The wide participation in MEET ICT and BITEX exhibition indicates the importance of the event and Bahrain sophisticated level in technology world which is widening in the middle east and the world.
