Tunisia – Politicians in Tunisia call for a review of the country’s political system

106

Politicians in Tunisia believe that the three-authority system divided and scattered the country’s rule and was the reason behind the aggravation of the crisis before July 26, thus, everyone currently supports Tunisian President Qais Saied’s decision to modify the political system and return to the old presidential system. Mohamed Bouchniba, a member of the Tunisian People’s Movement, believes that the hybrid system has led to the inertia of the political wheel in Tunisia, whereas the head of the Tunisia Forward Movement, Obeid al-Breiki, pointed out that the stage of instability in Tunisia will end as soon as the country’s political system is reviewed.
