EU delegation calls for drastic changes in Gaza

More than 20 representatives from the EU visiting Jerusalem, the West Bank and Gaza called upon the Israeli government to ease the siege imposed on Gaza and allow the local and international NGOs, particularly those from the EU, to enter Gaza freely in order to be able to carry out their work.
In a press conference held in Gaza, the EU delegation also called on the Hamas government to acknowledge its part of the responsibility to ease the blockade by allowing the PA to assume its authority over the Strip.
