Palestine: Arafat 12 year Commemoration Ceremony

The Palestinian Authority (PA) held commemoration ceremonies across the West Bank to mark 12 years since the death of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat. Mr. Ahmad Abu-Ghayt, the Secretary General of the Arab League, as well as a number of other Arab political and public figures, attended the event.
