The Covid -19 vaccination campaign intended for the medical staff took effect in Tunisia, today, days after receiving 30 thousand doses of the Russian vaccine “Sputnik V” out of the 4 million requested doses. The head of the emergency health department in Tunis, Sameer Abed Al Momen, a member of the Scientific Committee to Combat Coronavirus, Jalila Ben Khalil, and the nurse Mahrezia Hammami were the first vaccinated in the capital, Tunis, during the official inauguration of the vaccination campaign that took place simultaneously in various governorates. Doctors called upon citizens to register for taking the vaccine, confirming that it has no side effects
