Tunisians New Year wishes were specified about the termination of the nightmare the world live in, Covid-19, which prevented them from celebrating the New Year of 202. This year has witnessed a decrease in purchasing power, whereas, in previous years, the Tunisian markets were more crowded with people buying beverages and confectionaries which are the major manifestations of the New Year. The New Year’s Eve party has become a tradition for all Tunisians not only Christians; however, the Tunisian government decided to ban public gatherings to control covid which limited this year’s celebrations in houses.
