In a statement to the press today, Tuesday, The Palestinian armed factions in Gaza announced that marking the anniversary of the Israeli war on Gaza in 2008, they launched a military maneuver with the first live-fire ever in the coastal strip. Abu Hamza, the spokesman of Al-Quds Brigades, the armed wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement, stated that fighters from all military wings performed the “Powerful Support” maneuvers under the joint command room by launching experimental missiles towards the sea of Gaza that replicate the expected threats. The maneuver included12 military wings: Al-Qassam Brigades, Al-Quds Brigades, Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades, Al-Nasser Salah ad-Deen Brigades, National Resistance Brigades, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades; Al-Amoudi Brigade, Asifah Army, Ayman Jouda Brigades, Abdel Qader Al-Husseini Brigades, Mujahideen Brigades, Ansar Brigades, and Jihad Jibril Brigades.
