Residents of Raqqa City live in grim conditions as they are out of business, and they can’t meet their basic human needs. People consequently are relying solely on humanitarian aid for food and medications. The Autonomous Administration in North and East Syria is trying to offer all basic needs in destroyed cities, which have been under ISIS grip, while rehabilitating the health, service, educational sectors.
