Iran’s condemnation of GCC letter to the Security Council that supported extending arms embargo on Iran was criticized by analysts. In their view, Iran is a terrorist country and internationally abhorred, indicating that it is in the UN Security Council’s interest to vote in favor of extending arms embargo to secure regional peace.
