Palestine- Analysts: Continued Israeli strikes push Iran to reduce its forces in Syria

Political analysts attributed Iran’s move to withdraw its forces and military bases in Syria to the continuation of Israeli raids on its positions, pointing out that the economic crisis Iran is going through as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic prompted it to take this decision to ease the economic and financial burdens of financing its forces in Syria, in addition to repeated Israeli strikes on it, the Israeli newspaper Jerusalem Post quoted sources in the Israeli Defense Ministry saying that Iran has reduced for the first time since its involvement in the Syrian war, its military equipment there, and withdrew thousands of its forces and militia forces in Syria.
