Tunisia – Journalists’ Syndicate condemns attack on Palestinian photojournalist Moath Amarneh

The Tunisian Journalists Syndicate condemned the Israeli forces’ targeting of Palestinian journalist Moath Amarneh , who got injured in the eye, calling on human rights organizations and countries supporting the Palestinian cause to try Israel internationally and ensure the protection of Palestinian journalists while carrying out their coverage, the Syndicate also confirmed, during a press conference held this morning in the presence of the Ambassador of Palestine in Tunisia, Mr. Heil Fahoum and representatives of human rights organizations, that repeated attacks on Palestinian journalists is a violation of the truth and a contravention to the freedom of the press that is guaranteed internationally.
