The news that British tourists were prohibited, on Sunday, from leaving a hostel in the northeastern city of Hammamet due to the inability of the company Thomas Cook to pay for their stay due to bankruptcy, caused a huge uproar in the global tourism sector, despite the return of British tourists to their country after paying the costs, the British government has cast a shadow over the late days of the tourism season in Tunisia due to the fear of hotels not being able to get their financial rights from international tourism companies and Thomas Cook in particular, which is the largest operator of international tourism.
