Tunisia- Saied and Karoui to compete in the second round of early presidential elections

Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) announced in Tunisia during a press conference that was dedicated to declare the winners in the first round of early presidential elections, that both Qais Saied, winner of 18.4% and Nabil Karoui, winner of 15.6%, they were qualified to compete in the second round of the elections considering that no candidates got ” the fifty percent plus one” without determining the date of the second session by the commission.
