Tunisia -The percentage of voters in the presidential elections reached 16.3% at 13:00 GMT

The Independent High Electoral Commission in Tunisia (IHEC) has announced that the voting rate was 16.3% at 1 pm GMT in all the country’s electoral centers , indicating that the polling process is proceeding normally in more than 4000 polling stations which distributed in all Tunisian governorates
