Somalia- Poultry farm north of Mogadishu to meet local needs

As the security situation in Somalia improves, Somalia Poultry and Fish Company has launched a poultry farm in north Mogadishu in response to a severe shortage of the local egg market after importation of eggs from abroad increased due to increased restaurants in the country, the farm contains about 60 thousand chickens, it has all the services required to raise egg poultry, including medical staff specialized in this field, as well as water basins for sterilization at the entrances of the wards in order to protect the health of chickens from any danger passed to them through visitors to the farm.
