Syria – Schools registration starts in Raqqa

The Education Committee in the city of Raqqa and its countryside in northern Syria has opened the registration for students and teachers to attend schools at the beginning of the new academic year 2019-2020, after the committee renovated and rehabilitated the majority of schools that had been destroyed during the battles against ISIS,  Youssef Mohammed, deputy chairman of the Education Committee in Raqqa city, said that the committee is now working on restoring health facilities in schools and activating a number of them, especially high schools, , in addition to securing the entire school records, seats, fiber boards, and the school books that will be distributed to students at the beginning of the school year.
