Somalia – Free mental health clinics for psychiatric patients in the absence of government support

The number of psychopaths in Somalia has increased due to the instability in the country with the absence of government support.  According to Dr. Abdul Rahman Awali, who took the lead of several mental health centers establishment in the Somali capital Mogadishu since 2005, that he has been able to provide treatment for 32 thousand psychiatric patients throughout the years.
