Tunisia- Boat of illegal migrants fleeing the war in Libya capsized off the coast of Tunisia

The Tunisian coastline in the eastern city of Zarzis witnessed the sinking off a rubber boat belonging to illegal immigrants fleeing the war in Libya. According to the official spokesman of the Economic and Social Forum on Migration, Ramadan Ben Omar, the boat was heading to the Italian coast and dozens of African migrants were on board, in light of the growing movement of migration because of the instability and crisis in Libya, especially in the western region, which is a major starting point of illegal migration waves towards the Italian coast.
