United States – Seminar on the tension of Turkish-American relations due to the S-400 deal

 A panel discussion on the tension of Turkish-American relations was held in the National Press club auditorium, especially after Turkey’s disclosure of its desire to purchase the Russian S-400 missile system and the United State’s response through a Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, who indicated that Turkey could face a number of sanctions considering that it is a threat to the bilateral relation between the two countries, participants in the seminar stressed the need for both parties to reach a consensual solution ahead of the imposition of sanctions that would increase tension between the two countries.
