The Somali government continues to undertake an intensive campaign to arrest people who are arming the “Al-Shabab” Movement on terrorism charges. The former Somali minister and chairman of the 2011 Constitution Committee, Abdul Qadir al-Sheikh Ismail, believes that taking the Anti-terrorism legislation into account and implementing it effectively will help to arrest all arms suppliers of “Al-Shabab” Movement and anyone who tries to sow confusion and spread rumors to disturb our national security.
