Palestine – Establishing the first hanging farm to produce the best strawberry in Gaza

Two Palestinian farmers were able to establish a hanging farm to produce the best strawberry without using any pesticides in Beit Lahia in northern Gaza. This is the first farm of its kind in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. The idea was raised due to limited land area. The farm has contributed to the increase in productivity and saving 90% of the amount of water consumed in larger areas. The farm owners demand from the Ministry of Agriculture and international and local institutions to examine this concept and spread it around the world.
