Syria – New Horizons organization provides support for Thalassemia patients in Raqqa

In a gesture to ease the suffering of Thalassemia patients in Raqqa, New Horizons Organization has inaugurated a center to provide psychological support to the city’s children who have Thalassemia by providing the children’s needs and organizing recreational activities to cheer them up despite the challenges they faces and the limited capabilities which had hindered the center’s launch.  Those in charge of the center said that the Thalassemia clinic receives about 25 children a day to monitor their conditions during their stay in the center or outside.
