Bahrain: Gulf Radio and Television Festival.
Under the auspices of the Minister of Media, Mr. Ali bin Mohammed Al Rumaihi, fourteenth session of the Gulf Radio and Television festival launched, under the theme (One media vision), in the period between 14-17 March, with the presence of a group of ministers , journalists and Gulf artists.
His Excellency Mr. Ali Bin Mohammed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Media and President of the Fourteenth Gulf Radio and Television festival, opened the festival organized by the Gulf Radio and TV device in cooperation with the Ministry of media in the Kingdom of Bahrain. It was opened with the presence of Dr. Abdullatif Bin Rashid Al Zayani, Secretary General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States and Mr. Nabil Bin Yacoub AlHamar, King’s Advisor for media affairs, and a group of ministers, officials and ambassadors from the Gulf as well as media and press officials.
The festival sends a Gulf and Arab message to the world that there are rich values in the media coming from the rich culture, Arab identity and culture coming from a joint belief in the role of media is distribution of culture and religions and condemnation of the extremism, hatred and terrorism. The festival comes under the theme “One media vision” to express our awareness of the importance of media unity and media team work.
