Libya – Four years later, Ramadan atmosphere returns to Al-Hout market in Benghazi

Al-Hout market, which is located in the middle of the old city in Benghazi is one of the most important seasonal markets that are active during the holy month of Ramadan, and the market witnessed a large turnout by the people of Benghazi since the first day of the holy month who were buying Ramadan items of sweets, cheese, snacks and juices. This is four years after the absence of the trade movement because of the control of the armed groups throughout the period before the Libyan armed forces retook the entire city in mid-2017.
