Syria – Tribal forces constitute a security and military force for the Civil Administration in Deir Al-Zour

The Civil Administration, which has been implemented in all areas under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces in the eastern countryside of Deir Al-Zour, depends on the tribes and forces that emanate from it to form a protection and support force and intervene against ISIS organization that controls some areas and villages there. These tribes are also working to control the organization and its movement for fear from rebuilding itself in their towns and villages.
