The internal security forces of the Deir al-Zour council have deployed security patrols working day and night at the checkpoint of the town of Al-Basira in the eastern countryside of the city of Deir al-Zour with the assistance of the people of the town to check identification in addition to securing the area and maintain security and stability in the region.
