The siege, unemployment and poverty are among the most important reasons that led some of the unemployed youth in the Gaza Strip to diversion and addiction, while others decided to emigrate abroad to secure their future. The phenomenon of migration has recently spread in the Palestinian society in Gaza, especially among youth. Unemployment rate among young graduates reached 50% and graduates demand that the Palestinian Authority and its institutions and political parties support the youth projects and develop emergency policies to provide real employment opportunities and develop the society in an integrated manner.
