Libya – “Al-Laqebi” juice, the legacy of ancestors

“Al-Laqebi” or palm wine is a Libyan juice extracted from the pulp of the palm tree and has a Sweet taste and many benefits. It is famous in several Libyan regions, especially the region of Ka’am and was named  after the name of the city because it was the the first thing served by the people and it helps in the treatment of kidney stones.
