Iraqi army clearing mines left by Isis in Ramadi to allow residents to come back to their city
The battles continue between Iraqi army in Alramadi after taking control over the area from ISIS who are still present on the eastern outskirts of the city.
More battles are taking place in the eastern region of Ramadi, near Alsajaria and other neighborhoods on the borderline between Ramadi and Khalidiya where ISIS members reside after fleeing Alramadi as they were defeated by the Iraqi army. The organization fighters aim to delay the advancement of the Iraqi army towards Falluja, their next target.
At the meantime, the Iraqi joint forces in Alramadi are working on securing the region after its liberation and they are cleansing it from the impact of the terrorist organization to enable families to return before moving towards Falluja.
