Syria – SDF control one third of Raqqa

The head of the media office of the Syrian Democratic Forces Mustafa Bali stated that the forces managed to liberate 30% of the city of Raqqa, but the ground forces need additional support to completely retake the city, and he noted that ISIS is following new methods such as wrapping and infiltrating to the rear lines and using snipers and car bombs, in addition to using civilians as human shields.
